Welcome to https://www.ov.church/ (the “Site”), owned and operated by Ocean View Church (“[OV]”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any content, services, events, online giving, or features provided through the Site. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You grant [OV] a license to use, copy, modify, publish, and distribute any user content you submit for purposes related to church operations (e.g., event organization, ministry communications). Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information unless specifically requested.

5. Donations, payments & refunds

The Site may provide online giving and third-party payment processors (for example, Pushpay). By making a donation you authorize the payment processor to charge your method of payment. 6. Third-party links and partners

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., ministry partners, streaming platforms, merch, app stores). We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for their terms, privacy practices, or accuracy. Use third-party sites at your own risk. [OV]Church

7. Intellectual property

All Site content — including text, images, logos, audio/video (unless otherwise noted), and design — is owned or licensed by [OV] and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use (reproduction, distribution, modification, public display) requires prior written permission from [OV].

12. Children & minors

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children’s use of the Site and any online features (such as children’s ministry registration). 13. Events, ministries & safety

Event registrations, ministry participation, and volunteer activities may have separate waivers, safety rules, and background check requirements. By registering for an event you agree to any additional terms or waivers posted or provided at the time of registration.

14. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, U.S.A. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Norfolk, Virginia.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (for example, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) will continue in effect.
